The annotations of the foregoing figure are as follows: |

1.The operator import the original video and audio files (DV/HDV or other files) from the local end, and input the annotated information.
|
| |
2. The data will be store in the database by DLS-1000 Import Program and DLS-Encoder Program in the server.
|
| |
3. The resident program of DLS-1000-Encoder in the server will responsible for coding the original files into WMV copy. The file formats of the original films, such as DV/HDV/MPEG1/MPEG2/WMV, will be coded by DLS-1000-EncoderProgram, and then the WMV copies will be stored in the disc area in the server. |

4. Once the WMV data were updated, you can inquire the new coming films on DLS-1000 page, no need to wait for the original files to be transferred completely. Besides, the original files will be imported into the designed storage system through the behind schedule made by DLS-Agent Program. |

5. DLS-1000 Agent Database generates connections, to update the storage locations of the files in the database, and to look for the to-be-executed files to perform the transmission work. |

6. According to the user's set-up value, the resident DLS-1000 Agent Program will determine whether the original file is preserved in NeLDS. If the user's set-up is preserved in NeLDS, the data will be transmitted to the NeLDS management program. If the user's set-up is preserved in other array, the original file will be stored in that path directly. |

7. Through the webpage interface, the administrator or remote users can inquire the films, update the management data or apply for accessing the original high-definition films. |

8. Change the set ups in receiving webpage, or apply for accessing the information updated database. |

9. When DLS-1000 Agent detects that in the database there is a accessing need from the user, it will retrieve the original file form Storage, and trans-store it in the designated actual device. ˇ] Because the file is too large to be suitable for being downloaded from the Internet. ˇ^ |
